PTO = Parent Teacher Organization. Membership is open for every family who has a child at the school. If you are a mom, dad, caregiver, grandparent, teacher or in the broader community and have a child that attends TCWES, you can be a member!
Our primary focus is to raise money through fun and exciting activities that give students a chance to enjoy their school community. All events are planned by the PTO and staffed by family volunteers.
We understand that time is a parent’s most precious commodity, so we don’t want to waste yours.

While most of the work done by us may appear social (Bingo, Spirit Nights, Assemblies, and more) these are all events organized to strengthen the school community. The goal and focus is always on funding essential school resources and needs.
Increasing our membership, even by one family, makes it possible to provide the resources that are requested by our administration. As a member, you choose how you want to PTO! You can be engaged as much or as little as you like! Volunteering at school/online events, helping via committee, holding a PTO Board position. Your level of involvement is up to you. There is no wrong way to PTO!
Memberships run until 6/30/25. A new year will begin new membership cycle.
As we prep for our 2024-2025 year we ask you to commit to joining us as a member in one of the levels below! While you don't have to join us at meetings we hope you'll find time to volunteer! Make sure to visit the form at the bottom of this page to let us know what interests you.
